How quickly can you produce a first functional prototype?

Appearance models and 3D-printed mechanical mock-ups typically ship in 48–72 hours. A first functional prototype with custom PCBs, sourced components and integrated firmware usually takes 3–5 weeks from kick-off, depending on long-lead parts.

Which manufacturing volumes do you support?

We bridge low-volume (50–5,000 units) using vetted EMS partners in the EU and ship-ready production lines in Shenzhen for 10k+/year runs. We handle IQC, FAI, line-side validation, and packaging.

What certifications and standards can you help with?

CE, FCC, UKCA, RoHS, REACH for consumer and industrial products; IEC 60601, IEC 62304 and ISO 13485 design controls for medical devices; UN 38.3 and IEC 62133 for batteries. We coordinate testing with accredited labs.

Do you sign NDAs before sharing project detail?

Yes. We countersign mutual NDAs before any technical scoping call. For sensitive programs we can also work under named-person access controls and segmented internal teams.

Who owns the IP we create together?

You do. All foreground IP — schematics, CAD, firmware, source files — is assigned to you upon final payment of each milestone. We retain rights only to generic background know-how and internal tooling.
